- Same Day Delivery is a service that we offer to get your favorite products delivered to your door as fast as possible. As you begin to shop same day delivery items, delivery cut-off times will be listed based on your zip code

How do I place an order for Same Day Delivery?
- If the products are eligible for Same Day Delivery, you'll be able to select the Same Day Delivery option and add items to your cart
- You will receive an order confirmation email from us showing your Same Day Delivery order has been placed
- You will also receive communications from us once the item(s) have been picked up by your shopper and the order is on its way
Can I make any changes to my Same Day Delivery Order?
- Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or guarantee cancellation of merchandise selected
What addresses are unavailable for Same Day Delivery?
We're sorry, but we're unable to provide Same-Day Delivery to:
- Alaska
- PO Boxes
- APO/DPO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories

Is gift packaging and gift messaging available for Same Day Delivery orders?
We offer gift packaging and gift messaging for a nominal fee of $5.99 per order. Please note, oversized items cannot be gift packaged. All gifts are packaged in buybuy BABY branded material and materials may vary
When will my Same Day Delivery order be delivered?
- As you begin to shop Same Day Delivery items, delivery cut-off times will be listed for your specific zip code
- Orders placed after the specific cut-off times will be delivered the next day

What are the shipping fees for Same Day Delivery?
- For all orders, a same day delivery shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged
- Shipping fees are not refundable for preference returns, refusing delivery upon arrival or if you're unable to accept the order at time of delivery
How will my order be delivered?
- Our delivery partner will text you when the order has been picked up and it's on its way
- Your order will be dropped off at the door unless delivery instructions were provided in checkout
- If our delivery partner attempts delivery but you are not available, and they cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided in checkout
- If the driver is unable to complete the delivery for any reason, the product will be returned to your local store and your refund will be submitted for processing
Why are some products not available for Same Day Delivery?
- Most products that are in stock at your local store will be available for Same Day Delivery
- Oversized and overweight items may not be available
What should I do if I do not receive my Same Day Delivery order?
- Check the status of your order here. If product is showing delivered, check around your home to make sure the driver didn't leave the product in a concealed location. If you are still unable to find your product, click here. Please have your order number available for faster service
- If we were unable to deliver your product, the status will show as returned. The product will be returned back to your local store and your refund will be submitted for processing
