We're excited to announce that buybuy BABY is evolving! We're transforming into a digital-first brand, focusing all our energy on providing an exceptional online shopping experience. This decision comes after listening closely to our incredible customers, and our valued partners. Their feedback has been invaluable in shaping this new chapter.

What This Means for You

With this shift, we've come to the difficult decision of closing our physical stores by the end of this year. We understand this may be disappointing news, and we want all our customers to know this wasn't a choice we took lightly. The loyalty and support of our customers over the years have meant the world to us. The relationships we've built in-store have been truly special, and we're incredibly grateful for the time shared with us.

Making the Transition Easy

To ease the transition, we're offering significant discounts on almost everything in-store starting October 18, 2024. This is a great chance to stock up on favored items, while supplies last, and say goodbye to our buybuy BABY stores. You can find your nearest buybuy BABY store location on our store locator page. Here's How to Stay Connected

• Shop Online: Head to buybuybaby.com to browse and shop our full selection from the comfort of your home. You'll find all your favorite products and more, with the convenience of online shopping.
• For Our Registrants: If you are a registrant, your registry will still be available on buybuybaby.com. If you have a registry completion code, you can still use it in-store or online on applicable items, however in-store discounts will not combine.  
• Furniture Orders: If you have a furniture order, our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly to discuss the next steps and ensure a smooth resolution. For immediate assistance, feel free to contact us at reachus@buybuybaby.com.
• Gift Cards: Your gift cards will be honored at our stores through October 31, 2024 and online at buybuybaby.com after that.
