All our buybuy BABY physical store locations will begin closing sales on Friday, October 18, 2024. All sales will be final at stores starting on Friday, October 18, 2024.

Starting October 18, 2024, we are no longer accepting Military discounts or Twin discounts.

Stores will be accepting buybuy BABY gift cards as payment through Thursday, October 31, 2024. Thereafter gift cards can be redeemed online at buybuybaby.com. Our website will continue operations and customers can continue to shop for all their favorite baby products at buybuybaby.com.

All store sales are final starting October 18, 2024. We will not accept returns of merchandise purchased in store starting on October 18, 2024 and onward. All purchases made prior to October 18, 2024 in store will be subject to our standard return policy.

Online purchases will continue to be subject to our standard return policy.

We offer free Standard Shipping with most online purchases of $49 (merchandise subtotal excludes store pick up items; merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, before gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses. 

Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor may have longer delivery lead times. 

Pampers brand diapers and wipes are excluded from Free Shipping and will be subject to a $7.99 shipping fee per unit at checkout.

Gliders, rockers and recliners have a shipping fee of $50 per unit that will be applied at checkout.

For orders below $49, we charge a $7.99 flat rate standard shipping fee at checkout.

We sell some items online that ship directly from the vendor or manufacturer and do not qualify for free shipping. In those cases, a shipping surcharge will apply. The surcharge will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order.

Truck delivery and shipping surcharges on oversized or extremely heavy items will still apply. These charges will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order. When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for a limited amount of time on select orders.

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Underneath the order summary, enter your promotion code in the box that says "Discount code or gift card" and select "Apply."
• Your discount will be shown as applied in the order summary box.

We offer a 10% off promotion code for new subscribers to our email list on their first purchase. The email address must not already exist within our email list.

The promotion code will be delivered via email and can be used one time on any purchase of $100 or more excluding gift cards, shipping, and sales tax. Promotion codes and discounts do not apply to sales tax or gift cards, and may not apply to some shipping and handling fees.
